Refund policy

If you are unsatisfied with the product or service you received, you may request a refund within 60 days of purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, accepting delivery, and paying any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges required by their country or carrier. empirical water does not reimburse or refund orders due to customs charges, refused delivery related to unpaid duties or fees, or unexpected import-related costs.

If a shipment is returned, abandoned, refused, unclaimed, or deemed undeliverable due to customer-provided shipping information or failure to accept delivery, any refund issued will be reduced by the actual shipping label cost incurred by Empirical Water (which may differ from the flat rate charged at checkout). If the shipping label cost exceeds the order total, no refund will be issued. Any reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order has already been picked up by the carrier, original shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of verifiable damage, defect, or fulfillment error attributable to empirical water.

Product returns are not required in order for refunds to be issued.
