A LOT has happened this month. I have some big news, some more big news, and a whole lot more big news.
1 — Scott Rao x empirical water
Y'all are never going to believe this one. Earlier this month, I met the legend himself at a local coffee pop-up at Sqirl. You'll never guess the water he chose to present his coffees with at the event. Or maybe you guessed it already?
I couldn't be more proud. From the seed of an idea in my mind, to SCOTT FREAKING RAO brewing with my glacial profile. What a trip. Years of dedication to the craft are finally paying off.
2 — New Profile: snowmelt
Featuring the lowest TDS of any empirical water profile yet, snowmelt is designed for those who are looking to convey ever-so-delicate and fleeting features in their brews of coffee & tea.
3 — Stream with Brian Quan
4 — The New Bundle for New Customers
Yeah, this thing is loaded AND an incredible value for new customers.
5 — Feature: I'M NOT A BARISTA
6 — Storage of concentrates
The new storage recommendation is to refrigerate the hardness concentrate upon opening. All the other concentrates should be kept at room temperature. As for the brew water, it's completely up to you.
7 — Acidity++ recipe
The new Acidity++ recipe can now be built from concentrate sets with any profile. Find it in the User Guide.
8 — Wholesale
empirical water is now open for wholesale.
9 — More reddit giveaways :)
I'm giving away the new version of The Coffee Champion's Bundle on reddit again. This time, each winner receives a $120 value of empirical water! Find it on r/pourover and r/espresso.
